If you do what Ross Jeffries says in Speed Seduction, your conversations with women will sound very casual and also very intelligent.

The course is great for beginners and will be of great assistance. Beware though, if you are not willing to spend some effort in learning and understanding Speed Seduction probably it's not going to help you at all. It does require you put in effort to understand basic NLP principles in order for it to work.
