"My car has a dent in it." "My child got a D- on his test." "My mother has cancer." It is the tale we apply to the information that takes us down. Any life experience we're living that we dislike, we can call contrast. Contrast, when viewed as information, will be used quite effectively. Contrast simply shows us what is NOT wanted. Once we know that which isn't wanted, we now have attained a very precise frame of reference for what IS wanted.
